ÖSTERLUND CROFT – Intimate accommodation in a country settting
To stay a few days at the Österlund croft in Åkullsjön is an amazing experience.
Every guests can pick and choose where they would like to sleep, and whether this is in the main building, the croft or in the hostel “Hattstugan”. You have a choice of bed and breakfast, long stay or self catering.
As Berit and Göran Österlund’s guests you will get to know everyone working at the farm as well as all the animals such as calves, goats, chickens, dogs and cats. If you are interested in spending a day on the beach there are numerous lakes nearby for swimming or fishing.
The country shop – You are welcome to purchase anything from local crafts to traditional thin bread made at the farm, dandelion jelly and herbal tea. We offer sweets for the children. For anyone drinking coffee we offer our guests to try to mix the house cheese with your coffee.
